Once we have your request, we create your dealership, then email the owner an invitation to sign in. The owner invites the team and gives each person a role.

Here's how the 14 days work.

  1. The owner adds a card in Settings to start the trial. Nothing is charged for 14 days.
  2. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
  3. Keep going and your plan starts when the trial ends. It's billed monthly, with no contract.
  4. If you cancel later, your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Then your car pages go offline and your account is read-only for 30 days, so you can download every record before we delete it.

Your dealership starts with the basics set up.

Each new dealership starts with a readiness checklist and a deal checklist you can edit, its own time zone, and a storefront address for the cars you publish.

  1. Sign in with the link we email you.
  2. Fill in your details in Settings.
  3. Import your cars, customers, leads and past deals.
  4. Invite your team and give each person a role.
  5. Publish your first car.

You can see what we've changed, and when.

We list the changes you'll notice on the changelog, with the date each one went live.

If your sign-in link doesn't arrive, check which address you used.

Motorvar only sends sign-in links to people with an active membership or an open invitation, so use the email address your invitation was sent to. A link can take a few minutes to arrive, and it's worth checking your spam folder.
