The owner adds a card to start the trial, and nothing is charged for the first 14 days. Cancel before the 14 days are up and you pay nothing. Otherwise your first charge comes when the trial ends, then once a month.
No. Every plan is month to month, and you can cancel anytime from Settings.
Your plan runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Then your car pages, storefront and website feed go offline, and your account becomes read-only. Owners have 30 days to download every record, photo and document from Settings, and we email them the date. After that, we delete the dealership's data. Restart before then and everything comes back as it was.
If adding a person or a rooftop would go over your plan's limit, Motorvar asks you to upgrade first. Nobody already on your team is removed, and you can change plans in Settings.
A rooftop is one lot with its own cars, storefront, team and reports. Lot and Dealership cover one rooftop. Group covers two for $349 a month, and each one after that is $149 a month. Owner admins add rooftops from Settings, and anyone who works at more than one switches between them from the sidebar.
Yes. Every plan includes all of Motorvar. Plans differ only by how many people and rooftops they cover, and nothing is charged per deal, per lead or per listing.
Yes. Save your cars, customers, leads and past deals from your current system or spreadsheets as CSV files that use our template's column names, and import them. Motorvar checks every row before it saves anything.
No. Only owners and managers see gross. On each car and deal, Motorvar removes gross and what the car cost on the server before the page is sent to anyone else.
