CRM for used-car dealers
A CRM for used-car dealers that keeps every lead with its car.
Leads come in from your website, the marketplaces, Google Ads and the phone. Motorvar puts them on one board, each one tied to the car the customer asked about, so nobody has to check five inboxes to find out who's waiting.

Can I see the Silverado on Saturday?
The problem is that leads land in five places.
A marketplace email, a Facebook message, a form on your website, a voicemail and a customer who walked in. Each one sits somewhere different, so the person who asked first can end up waiting longest, and when a salesperson is off, their leads go quiet with them.
A CRM built for a car lot fixes that by putting every lead in one list, with the car, where it came from and who has it.
Where Motorvar's leads come from.
- Questions, test-drive bookings and messages from your car pages and storefront.
- Marketplace leads sent by email in the standard ADF format, to your dealership's own intake address.
- Facebook and Instagram lead ads and Page messages are coming soon.
- Google Ads lead forms, through a webhook address you paste into Google Ads.
- Any other form or automation, such as Zapier, through the lead webhook.
- Phone calls, walk-ins and referrals your team adds, or a spreadsheet of leads you import.
Each lead keeps its source, so the reports can show which ones turn into sales.

Every lead sits on one board, with the car it's about.
Leads move through stages from new to won or lost. Each card shows the car, the source and the salesperson who has it, and new website leads arrive unassigned, ready for a manager to hand out or a salesperson to claim.

You can see how long each customer has waited.
After an hour without a reply, the card is flagged, and after four hours it's marked as escalated. Waiting leads are listed on the Command Center, and a morning email rounds up the ones still unanswered.
A lead counts as answered when someone emails them from Motorvar, or logs a call, text or email they handled another way.

Follow up from the same place.
Write back with saved email snippets, schedule an email to send later, and let automatic follow-ups nudge quiet leads. Every message stays on the lead, so anyone who picks it up can see what was said.
Motorvar doesn't send text messages or record calls. Your team logs those on the lead so response times stay accurate.
Marketplace leads need a plan of their own.
Facebook Marketplace messages are the easiest to lose, because no software can read them directly. Our guide covers how to catch them and what to send.
