Here's a day at a small lot in Motorvar.

  1. First thing, the Command Center shows cars that have sat past your threshold, blocked recon and leads that haven't had a reply.
  2. A car comes off the recon board ready, and you publish it from its record. It gets its own page and shows up on your storefront.
  3. A question about that car comes in from its page and lands on the leads board with the car attached.
  4. The buyer sends their license and insurance from their phone through an upload link, and the deal closes once its checklist is done.
  5. Record the sale price, and Motorvar works out the gross for you, without showing it to the salespeople.

Most of the setup is a CSV import you can undo if something looks wrong.

Bring your cars in from a CSV file that uses our template's column names, then your customers, leads and past deals. Motorvar checks every row before it saves anything, so a mistake in the file never leaves you with half an import.

If an inventory import goes wrong, undo it from the list of imports after seeing how many cars will be deleted, archived or kept.

The Lot plan is $99 a month.

It covers one rooftop and up to 5 people, and it has every feature the bigger plans have: inventory and recon, car pages and your storefront, leads and follow-up, deals and paperwork, and reports. Nothing is charged per deal, per lead or per listing.

Here's what Motorvar doesn't do.

Motorvar isn't a full dealer management system. It doesn't submit deals to lenders, print state forms or contracts, run buy-here-pay-here collections, do your accounting or pull credit, and it doesn't send text messages.

It doesn't build you a website either. You get a page for each car you publish, a storefront, and an embed and a feed for the website you already have.
